I used to love this show.
It was the best TV show ever. I even bought the Tiger Beat magazines and my mom didn't stop me from covering my walls with posters.
I am not a fan anymore.
I am no longer talking about Mike Seaver but the leg pain that often wakes up my jelly belly.
Being woken up in the middle of the night is not what bothers me (ok-it does) but what really gets me are the tears and the sobbing I have to hear. She truly is in pain. The hubby right away remembered when he experienced growing pains. I, on the other hand, did not want to believe him.
On the nights that she wakes every 2-3 hours, I find myself frantically looking for Ibuprofen or Tylenol in her bathroom cabinet. That usually does the trick. But there are times when I wonder if medicine is really necessary. But what is a sleepy mom supposed to do when she asks for it?
It must really help her feel better and I think Dr. Seaver and Maggie Malone would do the same.

You haven't told me Bella is having growing pains!!! :(
Oh yes I loved that show too... show me that smile again...don't waste another minute on your crying...
but, I can def see where the real thing would NOT be as fun as the show... hoping you get past these pains soon!
I remember those all too well! Cute blog. I like the content! I don't think it is cluttered at all.

Oh Man!!!! I had these so bad when I was younger. I used to get them so bad I would wake up crying in the night and go in to wake my mom. She would come rub my legs until I went back to sleep. They were awful.
I suffered terribly from growing pains (the legs -- not the show. I loved the show!).
My mother used to rub Myoflex on my legs and that seemed to help. It was a prescription drug then but I believe that it is available over the counter. You might try that. Good luck with it. It is really tough.
Be strong, Momma!
:-)
my nephew had growing pains that kept him up every night, it's so hard to watch them be in so much pain, i'm so sorry.
